If you're not completely satisfied with your SIVVRA purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel good about trying them.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition.

  • Packaging must be intact and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Because skincare products are cosmetic items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@sivvra.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

We will quickly send a replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@sivvra.com as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item (unopened) and place a new order.
