SIVVRA Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how customers can manage, change, or cancel purchase options, including subscription plans, recurring delivery schedules, or prepaid bundles. Our goal is to make everything simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Subscription / Recurring Delivery Plans
If you have selected a subscription or recurring delivery option:
You may cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
To cancel:

Click the “Manage Subscription” link in your order emails, or

Once your next billing cycle has processed, the order cannot be cancelled as it immediately enters fulfillment.
2. Editing or Skipping an Upcoming Order
You may:

Skip a shipment

Pause your subscription
-
Change your delivery frequency

Update your address or payment method
Changes must be made before your renewal/charge date.
Any updates made after a charge has been processed will apply to future cycles only.
3. Cancelling One-Time Purchase Options
One-time purchases that do not involve a subscription may only be cancelled if:

The order has not yet been processed for shipping

You contact us immediately after placing the order
Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation of Prepaid Plans or Multi-Order Bundles
For prepaid or multi-order plans (e.g., 2-month, 3-month, or 6-month prepaid):

Prepaid plans are non-refundable once the first shipment has been fulfilled

You may cancel future renewals if applicable

You may pause or adjust future shipments, but unused portions of prepaid cycles cannot be refunded

5. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If your order or subscription renewal has already been:

processed

packed
-
shipped
…it cannot be cancelled.
You may return unopened items under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment method fails, we may:

Retry the charge

Contact you for an updated payment method

Pause or cancel future shipments
You may update payment details through your subscription portal or by emailing info@sivvra.com.
