    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
    During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

    Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    United States

    • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

    Canada, UK, Australia

    • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

    Other International Locations

    • Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days

    These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or seasonal volume.


    3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
    Free worldwide shipping may apply during promotions where stated.


    4. Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments.

    9. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

    If an order is returned to us due to refusal, non-pickup, or delivery failure:
